Crazy for Coconuts

Thanks to a recent nutrition challenge I took part in with my Crossfit group, I discovered my love for COCONUT oil!  My favorite brand is Trader Joe's. It's affordable, available everywhere and you can use it for EVERYTHING!  From cooking to cosmetic I have fallen in love :). I have used it in my hair, moisturized with it, and cooked sweet potato chips to die for (slice, rub down in oil and sea salt- bake at 400!) I'm all about sharing my favorites. Get. You. Some.
